How do I clean my pet bandana?
Bandanas are machine washable with cold water. A delicates bag is recommended. You may also hand wash your bandana with mild soap and water. No bleach. Hang to dry. Warm iron as needed. Do not iron over snaps or vinyl decals/designs (if applicable).
How do I clean my pet bow tie/bow?
Bow ties and bows are spot clean only. They will lose their shape if cleaned in a washing machine.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Please double check all information before placing your order. Since items on my site are ready to ship, I often package your order the same day you submit it, so I can maintain my 1-2 business day processing time. If you do need to get into contact with us, you can email us at theupcycledfabricproject@gmail.com within an hour of placing your order, and please make sure to include your order number.
How do I know what size bandana to get my pet?
Below you will find the graphic of our bandana sizing chart, as well as an example of the three different closure styles we offer (tie on, one snap, and two snaps). If your pet's neck measurement is close to the threshold of the next size, I always recommend sizing up to be safe.
